The upcoming Real Gate Conference and Exhibition is set to present unmatched offers on more than 150 real estate projects in Egypt, when the event takes place on 25-27 March.
ACG-CBE, the conference’s organiser, outlined further details of the event, Egypt’s biggest real estate event which will be held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, at a press conference.
The press conference addressed all aspects of the exhibition, which will occur at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo. ACG-CBE is a joint venture between ACG-ITF, a leading company specialised in organising exhibitions and conferences, and real estate consultancy firm Coldwell Banker Group.
The press conference highlighted all activities of The Real Gate that will provide exceptional investment opportunities, as the Egyptian real estate industry continues to grow exponentially amid increasing demand for real estate.
This growth aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030 that considers urban development as a key pillar for growth and real estate developers as an integral part of this. Also part of the development are the mega projects being launched across Egypt, especially in new areas and fourth generation cities.
It is worth noting that more than 38 exhibitors representing major real estate developers confirmed their participation at the Real Gate Exhibition. The confirmed list of exhibitors include: SODIC; Emaar Misr; Palm Hills; Mountain View; Misr Italia Properties; Sorouh Developments; Landmark Real Estate Development; Akam Developments; Al Tameer Arabian; Al Ahly Sabbour for Real Estate Development; Inertia Real Estate; Tatweer Misr; and New City Real Estate Development, and others.
The developers will showcase their various projects in governorates and new cities, which reflects the future of real estate in Egypt in the coming years. The Real Gate Exhibition is expected to attract around 20,000 visitors, both in person and virtually through the application.
More details of the Investment Club were announced during the press conference. The Investment Club will be launched as part of the Real Gate Exhibition, in the presence of local developers and international investors bringing together more than 25 international consultants and foreign investors to discuss new local and foreign investment opportunities.
Ahmed Ghozzi, President of ACG-ITF and co-organiser of the Real Gate Exhibition, said hosting the exhibition under the president’s patronage confirms the attention the state is paying towards urban development as a part of the national growth strategy.
He highlighted that real estate exhibitions play a significant role in the sales rates of real estate developers. He also added that the Real Gate will provide offers and payment facilities catering to the demands of different segments of society who wish to own housing units.
Ghozzi also affirmed that strict precautionary measures against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic will be implemented during the exhibition, to ensure the safety of visitors as a top priority.
He thanked all real estate developers for their belief in the importance of launching The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition, and applauded their eagerness to participate and launch major projects for the first time during the exhibition.
Coping with the remarkable growth in digital transformation around the world, The Real Gate provides cutting-edge technologies that allow visitors interested in Egyptian projects from around the world to virtually visit the exhibition.
This makes The Real Gate the first hybrid real estate exhibition in Egypt where visitors can use an application or physically visit the exhibition at the EIEC.
