{"id":326017,"date":"2022-08-21T20:20:57","date_gmt":"2022-08-21T20:20:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/?p=326017"},"modified":"2022-08-21T20:20:57","modified_gmt":"2022-08-21T20:20:57","slug":"misr-italia-properties-posts-egp-4-2bn-gross-contracted-sales-in-1h-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/2022\/08\/21\/misr-italia-properties-posts-egp-4-2bn-gross-contracted-sales-in-1h-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Misr Italia Properties posts EGP 4.2bn gross contracted sales in 1H 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Misr Italia Properties achieved contractual sales that amounted to EGP 4.2bn in the first half (1H) of 2022 \u2014 a 58% increase compared to 1H 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These results came as a continuation to the company\u2019s ongoing sales progress, which is currently set to achieve a total of EGP 7.5bn by the end of 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The IL Bosco City \u2013 New Cairo Project\u2019s sales exceeded EGP 1.5bn, meanwhile, the delivery of apartments in the first phase of IL Bosco \u2013 New Administrative Capital (NAC) started in July. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The first half of 2022 also witnessed the company focusing on establishing strong partnerships that are set to influence the quality of its projects and provide state-of-the-art products. This step included signing a strategic partnership with Honeywell to provide premium smart solutions, security, and energy-saving solutions across several of Misr Italia\u2019s projects. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The partnership scope includes providing a command-and-control system in the company\u2019s flagship project in New Cairo, Cairo Business Park, which will positively affect the consumption of electricity, reducing malfunction of equipment, and enhancing power performance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Moreover, it includes equipping meeting rooms with the latest time and cost-efficient technologies that significantly facilitate communication between team members existing within the premise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Misr Italia also contracted ASASS Construction to oversee the construction work on phase one of IL BOSCO City \u2013 New Cairo, as well as phases one, two and, three of IL BOSCO \u2013 NAC; along with contracting the Engineering Consulting Bureau (ECB), who are tasked with management of New Cairo\u2019s IL Bosco City. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cSales achieved in the first half of this year exceeded our target, which was the driving force behind our ambitious plans for the second half of the year,\u201d said Mohamed Khaled Al-Assal \u2014 Co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Meanwhile, Mohamed Hany Al-Assal \u2014 Co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties \u2014 stated: \u201cWe have managed to increase the company\u2019s landbank to 7.1m sqm<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">as part of our expansion plan across Egypt.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Misr Italia Properties achieved contractual sales that amounted to EGP 4.2bn in the first half (1H) of 2022 \u2014 a 58% increase compared to 1H 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":324803,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[33,29],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-326017","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-main","category-real-estates"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.3 -
