{"id":323711,"date":"2021-10-23T10:50:31","date_gmt":"2021-10-23T10:50:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/?p=323711"},"modified":"2021-10-24T10:56:31","modified_gmt":"2021-10-24T10:56:31","slug":"cira-al-ahly-capital-holding-ink-deal-to-set-up-new-educational-services-firm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/2021\/10\/23\/cira-al-ahly-capital-holding-ink-deal-to-set-up-new-educational-services-firm\/","title":{"rendered":"CIRA, Al Ahly Capital Holding ink deal to set up new educational services firm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA)\u00a0has signed a partnership and investment management agreement with Al Ahly Capital Holding (ACH), the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).<\/p>\n<div id=\"Outstream\"><\/div>\n<p>The two firms will create\u00a0Al Ahly CIRA for Educational Services which will\u00a0provide &#8220;<em>world-class education to all segments of the Egyptian society with a special focus on middle-income citizens<\/em>,&#8221; CIRA said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>The partnership<\/em> <em>combines the technical and education expertise of CIRA with ACH&#8217;s experience in investment restructuring and management<\/em>,&#8221; the\u00a0<strong>Managing Director of ACH,\u00a0Karim Saada<\/strong>, said.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>CEO of CIRA, Mohamed El-Kalla<\/strong>,\u00a0pointed out that\u00a0public-private partnerships (PPPs) will help Egypt meet the growing needs of its citizens.<\/p>\n<p>The platform will start its initial investment projects by setting up Egypt&#8217;s first private technology and applied education university,\u00a0Cairo Saxony University for Applied Sciences and Technologies,\u00a0at an investment cost of EGP 2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The university is scheduled to start its operations in September 2023,\u00a0\u00a0the <strong>Chairman of NBE and ACH,\u00a0Hisham Okasha<\/strong>,\u00a0noted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA)\u00a0has signed a partnership and investment management agreement with Al Ahly Capital Holding (ACH), the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":320227,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[22,33],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-323711","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-banking","category-main"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.3 -
