EFG Hermes announced a strategic cloud partnership with\u00a0Microsoft\u00a0to\u00a0accelerate its digital transformation and enhance innovation in the financial services industry.<\/p>\n

The partnership will enable EFG Hermes to speed up the modernisation of its information technology (IT) environment with the aim of improving customer, employee, and developer experience, according to a statement on Monday.<\/p>\n

The two companies will work together to\u00a0accelerate\u00a0a secure and robust digital transformation roadmap in line with EFG Hermes\u2019 digital strategy in a bid to create a\u00a0more flexible and scalable IT environment,\u00a0improved employee experience, innovative applications and services with higher developer effectiveness, and\u00a0enhanced customer engagement.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe partnership with Microsoft comes at a time where we are looking to further cement our commitment to sustainability as we invest more in cloud-based solutions that help us achieve cost-efficiency, therefore enhancing scalability as part of our drive to digital transformation<\/em>,”\u00a0Group Chief Operating Officer at EFG Hermes\u00a0Mohamed Wakeel<\/strong>\u00a0said.<\/p>\n

“This collaboration will also enable us to ensure increased competitiveness, business resilience, and innovation, whether it is to expand global reach, reduce time to market, create agility, lead with customer-centricity, and make data-informed decisions<\/em>,” Wakeel added.<\/p>\n
