The Commercial International Bank (CIB) \u2013 Egypt has added the Cashback credit card to the Bank\u2019s portfolio of cards, which allows customers to receive up to EGP 500 cashback per month on everyday purchases from different categories such as gas, dining, groceries, and apparel.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe value of CIB\u2019s new Cashback credit card exceeds the benefits it offers to CIB customers. The introduction of this card and its accompanying incentives will encourage customers to move away from cash transactions and rely more on cashless transactions,\u201d said Rania Nada, Head of Cards Business at CIB.<\/p>\n
The Cashback credit card also comes with a wide array of additional features and benefits, such as credit life insurance up to EGP 500,000, up to four free supplementary cards, automatic cashback rewarding, the ability to withdraw up to 100% of the card\u2019s credit limit in cash and CIB\u2019s Online Secure Service for online payments.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is in line with the Central Bank of Egypt\u2019s (CBE) effort, in collaboration with the Egyptian government\u2019s national agenda Egypt Vision 2030, to transform Egypt into a cashless society. Using incentives such as offering customers cash back on their various purchases will encourage consumers to rely more on bank cards,\u201d stated Rania Nada, Head of Cards Business at CIB.<\/p>\n
