According to the Automotive Marketing Information Council (AMIC) Egypt, about 168,000 passenger vehicles were sold in Egypt in 2020, a 32% increase from 127,000 in 2019,\u201d declared Ahmed Monsef, CEO, Toyota Egypt Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToyota Egypt counts more than 10 showrooms &amp; service centers, with more than 850 employees. Supporting automotive innovation, Toyota Egypt is working with the SAP channel partner Edraky to advance a group-wide digital transformation agenda. Thanks to our digital transformation with SAP, Toyota Egypt can gain timely insights. The raft of real-time solutions will enhance both customer &amp; employee experiences, attain higher levels of customer satisfaction, add digital revenue, replace manual processes, with a high synchronization between different departments to enhance the work performance,\u201d added Monsef.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToyota Egypt counts among the very first automotive companies worldwide to adopt the SAP S4\/HANA for Automotive real-time business suite. In the highly competitive automotive industry, Toyota Egypt shows how digital transformation into an Intelligent Enterprise can optimize costs and time \u2013 from shipping vehicles and spare parts to after sales services,\u201d stated Hoda Mansour, Managing Director, SAP Egypt and New Frontiers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSAP is exchanging global best practices to enable Toyota Egypt\u2019s new digital business models, especially in e-commerce; with a Vehicle Sales and Services Suite co-innovated by Swiss firm Proaxia Automotive Solutions.
