Ora Developers has acquired a 486-feddan area of land in the North Coast to launch\u00a0its latest mixed-use development project.<\/p>\n

The Silversands project, laying across a one-kilometre (km) seafront, is situated at the 220 km mark on the\u00a0Alexandria – Marsa Matrouh Road, according to a statement on Monday.<\/p>\n

The property developer will inject an investment of EGP 25 billion into the development which will feature a variety of units, such as villas, twin houses, and chalets<\/p>\n

The architectural firm Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo has been awarded the master-planning and the architectural design of the development.<\/p>\n
