{"id":320881,"date":"2021-02-01T12:29:08","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T12:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/?p=320881"},"modified":"2021-02-01T12:29:08","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T12:29:08","slug":"egypt-finishes-689-housing-projects-with-egp-72-6bn-investment-in-last-two-fys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/egy-africa.com\/en\/2021\/02\/01\/egypt-finishes-689-housing-projects-with-egp-72-6bn-investment-in-last-two-fys\/","title":{"rendered":"Egypt finishes 689 housing projects with EGP 72.6bn Investment in last two FYs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>689 projects have been completed in the housing sector across Egypt, according to Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El-Saeed.<\/p>\n<p>This has come at a total investment cost estimated at EGP 72.6bn, of which 310 projects during fiscal year (FY) 2019\/20 cost EGP 24.3bn.<\/p>\n<p>It comes as part of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development\u2019s report on the housing sector during fiscal years (FYs) 2018\/19 and 2019\/20.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also said that the share received by Upper Egypt and the border governorates amounted to about 31% of the total projects implemented, at a total cost of EGP 21.8bn.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that 158 projects in Upper Egypt have been completed, at a total cost of EGP 16.8bn, in addition to the completion of 58 projects in the border governorates at a cost of EGP 5bn.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development report reviewed the projects completed during the past two years, including the Farafra\/Dayrut corridor, and which extends for 310km in the Assiut and New Valley Governorates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>689 projects have been completed in the housing sector across Egypt, according to Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El-Saeed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":320882,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[29],"tags":[229],"class_list":["post-320881","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-real-estates","tag-housing-projects"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.3 -
