Banque du Caire announces the graduation of its “Fast Track” program. This innovative professional development program was designed to help exceptional staff members develop the necessary skills for further career growth. Successful graduates have witnessed unprecedented career boost thanks to the rapid promotion scheme created to empower and encourage them.
Program participants were carefully selected through a rigorous selection process including various testing methodologies.
For this occasion, Banque du Caire’s Chairman and CEO Mr. Tarek Fayed expressed his pride in the successful completion of the program’s first graduating cohort, with a total of 45 exceptional graduates safeguarding Banque du Caire’s successful future.
Mr. Fayed continues, “Fast Track” was launched within the framework of an integrated plan developed by the Bank to support young cadres in various ways, starting with the training process, and preparing them to fill specialized jobs within the bank’s many sectors. Additionally, providing them with development programs for them that help prepare a generation of banking cadres that will take the lead in the coming years. Noting that the training and development budget continuously increases to ensure that Banque du Caire’s staff receives state-of-the-art training, and it has witnessed a sixfold increase since 2018 until 2022.
Sherin Amr, Banque du Caire’s Head of Human Resources and Training Group, added that the first graduating batch from “Fast Track” comes within the framework of the continuous efforts that the bank is committed to regarding the development of the employees’ skills. Mrs. Amr continues, this program has achieved its desired goals, to build capacities and develop the skills of young cadres and invest their skills and benefit from their abilities to speed up the path of promotions compared to the normal path, motivating employees to work harder and further showcase what they are capable of accomplishing.
