The Egyptian pavilion participating in Expo 2020 Dubai has witnessed a huge turnout, according to Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea.
Since the opening of the Expo until the end of November, the Egyptian pavilion has received more than 350,000 visitors from various nationalities, and these numbers are steadily increasing, the Minister said.
Gamea noted that the pavilion witnessed a historic turnout last weekend, which confirms the great interest and passion of the Expo visitors in the Egyptian pavilion.
She pointed out that this great turnout reflects the ability of the Egyptian pavilion to provide an enjoyable and integrated experience for visitors, through an organized and sequential 30-minute trip, during which the visitor wanders between Egypt’s natural, touristic and historical elements and its industrial, architectural, and development initiatives.
Ashraf Hamdy, head of the Egyptian Commercial Office in Dubai and Egypt’s deputy commissioner-general to the Expo stated that the Egyptian pavilion received many official visits and tours of high-level personalities and public figures from various countries in the second half of November.
The pavilion organizes activities and interactive discussion sessions that shed light on the most important developments that Egypt is witnessing in all fields.
