Egypt, Spain renews financial cooperation protocol worth €400M

Egypt and Spain has signed an agreement to renew the financial cooperation protocol with the Spanish government, worth €400 million.

Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouli stressed that it will have the effect of pushing the major Spanish companies to develop their distinguished partnership with Egypt with new horizons that contribute to the Egyptian development efforts, which are moving on their limited path according to a clear vision of economic growth and a qualitative leap in the quality of life.

In his speech during the Egyptian-Spanish Business Forum, Madbouli stressed that the forum is an opportunity to reaffirm the joint cooperation between the two friendly countries with the aim of improving joint relations. He also welcomed the Spanish Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation,

 

“I am fully convinced that the partnership between the two countries will inform Egyptian and Spanish companies and institutions of a key role in development by investing in joint projects that will benefit both countries, stimulate real economic growth and provide job opportunities for future generations,” he added.
