Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Al Ahli) reported net profits of EGP 6 billion in the first nine months of 2021, up by 7% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 5.6 billion, including minority shareholders’ rights.
The net income from interest, fees, and commissions grew to EGP 12.71 billion in the January-September period, compared to EGP 12.37 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier, the bank said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
As for standalone business, QNB Al Ali logged net profits of EGP 5.69 million in the nine-month period ended 31 August, up from EGP 5.57 billion in the prior-year period.
In the first half (H1) of 2021, the bank recorded consolidated net profits of EGP 4.09 billion, compared to EGP 3.84 billion in H1-20, including minority shareholders’ rights.
