Total number of subscribers to Digital Egypt platform reached 2.2 million, compared to 1.8 million in mid-April, according to the Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Amr Talaat.
A total of 3.2 million requests have been submitted so far on the platform, including notarial, commercial registration, documentation, food rations, vehicle and driving licensing, filing of lawsuits, and real estate tax filing services, compared to 1.8 million requests at mid-April, the minister added in a statement.
The ministry plans to launch a campaign to promote the platform in June, he noted.
As for the property identification plan, the minister said that each property in Port Said has been given an identification number, noting that the project will cover the rest of governorates in the coming period.
