Bank Audi Egypt to launch new internet, mobile banking applications soon

Bank Audi – Egypt has announced that it will launch advanced applications for internet services, named “Audi Online”, and mobile banking, named “Audi Mobile”, within days.

The bank said that the digital feature is set to allow its clients to conduct banking transactions easily and securely around the clock.

The application provides many banking services, including tracking bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.

It also enables clients to carry out banking transactions, such as transfers between accounts and external transfers, in addition to entering permanent instructions for transfers of all kinds.

Clients will be able to additionally pay dues on credit cards issued by the bank or by other banks, whilst providing them with the option of paying bills with a discount, in cooperation with Fawry.

Mohamed Bedir, CEO of Bank Audi – Egypt, said that it is working to develop and modernise its banking services and products, as it is one of the pioneers in providing electronic banking services in Egypt.

Iman Badr, Head of Product Development, said that the bank is keen on improving the customer banking experience, by providing more ease in carrying out all banking transactions with the best security measures.

She explained that the bank offers a distinguished package of electronic banking services, such as the Audi 2 Pay electronic wallet and SMS services. The bank is also planning to launch new services, such as the E-Commerce Digital Acquiring service, in the coming period.

The application also provides a number of services for companies, including: reviewing balances and details of the transactions that took place; importing and exporting issued letters of guarantee; in addition to downloading these transactions to a file of the customer’s choice.

Of note, all transactions and approvals provided through the bank’s internet banking service and the mobile application are subject to a company’s commercial registry.
