The Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Ali El-Moselhy, will lay the cornerstone of a new logistics zone in El-Dakahlia with total investments of 2 billion Egyptian pounds.
Al-Moselhy explained that the logistics zone will include commercial administrative and logistical activities in addition to recreational activities as well as a hotel.
The project will be built on two phases, the investments of first phase will be amounting to 1 billion Egyptian pounds. In addition, the investments of the logistic zone will be reaching 2 billion pounds by the end of the second phase.
The project is providing 20,000 direct and indirect job opportunities, Al-Moselhy added.
The minister will also inaugurate a service centre in Shaha village after being developed over 120 square metres.
He will also visit the wholesale warehouse in Sandob to check the availability of food commodities.
