Investors Associations, Egy-Africa sign an agreement to help Egyptian firms expand into Africa

Egyptian Federation of Investors Associations and Egypt Africa Market research & Consultancy, the owner of Egy-Africa online platform, have a signed a memorandum of understanding to provide 6000 Egyptian investors with market research services needed to enter into the African market.

Egy-Africa platform is an English and Arabic online website that provides a full service Market Research & Consultancy agency provide research services to all the business sectors about different markets in Africa.

The agreement was signed by the the Egyptian Federation of Investors Association Head, Moharram Helal, and the Managing Director of Egypt Africa, Tarek El Swify, in the presence of the investors association board of director at the headquarters of Oriental Weaver.

Under the new Agreement, Egy-Africa will be providing the necessary research services to the Egyptian Federation of Investors Associations to help its members to get through to the African market while enhancing investment rates and the inter-trade between Egypt and Africa.

The Agreement also assigns Egy Africa platform to provide financing solutions to the EFIA members in order to help the find the appropriate finances for their projects and help them to get to know the available business deals within the African market. In addition, Egy Africa will also acts as a mediator between African companies wishing to invest into in the local market.

On his part, Moharram Helal said that the Egyptian political leadership is keen on expanding into Africa during the current stage with the broad support of the Egyptian investors and business community, adding that The Egyptian government has been attempting to position itself as one of the leaders of the African market and a touchpoint for the continent’s 54 countries to convene and communicate.

He added that the Egyptian companies are searching for new markets and seeking to position themselves for the economic and demographic growth expected in Africa in the coming years, advising them to not only take advantage of the investments opportunities but also establish lasting partnerships.

However, Saber Shaker, the economic advisor to Egypt Africa Company said Egy-Africa platform is keen on strengthening bilateral relations between Egypt and Africa while positioning itself as one of innovative initiatives that serve help in realizing the political leadership vision towards Africa while pushing forward economic cooperation in various fields.

He added that the Egy-Africa platform aims to enhancing current economic cooperation channels, creating new cooperation channels, and solving the lack of information on African markets dilemma in Egypt.
