TMG, the most famous real estate developer in Egypt was chosen as the country’s best real estate developer based on criteria that included analysing the company’s performance as listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX); according to rates of return; net profits; and market value. TMG is the largest company on the EGX’s real estate sector index in terms of market capital.
Fathallah Fawzy, head of the Construction Committee at the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA), confirmed that Hisham Talaat Mostafa had achieved a remarkable success in the field of real estate development. Fawzy said that he managed to turn TMG into one of the most important real estate companies in the Egyptian market.
